pet policy

We welcome up to two pets per apartment, with no weight limits; breed restrictions apply.

A $300 pet fee is required ($150 refundable), plus $25 monthly pet rent per pet.

All dogs must be enrolled in our Poo Print DNA program ($109 one-time fee per pet).
