From amenities and leasing to maintenance and more, here are the quick answers to the most common questions about living at Bolt + Tie.

  • The main lobby doors (by the desk) are unlocked daily from 6:00 AM-6:00 PM.

  • In person: check, money order, or cashier’s check

    Online: tenant portal (credit/debit or e-check)

    You can find a link to the Appfolio payment portal under the Resident Portal tab.

  • Valet trash pick-up runs Sunday-Thursday, starting at 8:00 PM. Trash can be set out no earlier than 6:00 PM.

    All boxes must be broken down and no larger than a large pizza box.

  • The rooftop is accessible 24/7. The clubhouse is open 7 days a week, from 8:00 AM-11:00 PM.

  • Yes, both spaces may be reserved with prior approval from the property manager. Events with fewer than 15 guests are free of charge. Events with 16+ guests require a $1,000 rental fee for up to 4 hours.

  • This usually means the batteries are running low. Please notify the office for replacement.

  • The Court Avenue entrance and the parking lot entrance will automatically unlock during a power outage. Apartment doors are battery-operated and can still be locked and unlocked with your key fob.

  • The business directory is posted on the TV in the lobby.

  • Reserve through the Evoko Get A Room app. If you need login help, please contact the building manager.

    Directions for booking on the web can be found in the Resident Portal tab under “Book A Conference Room.”

  • Yes, residents are permitted to mount TVs and hang decor.

  • No, painting is not permitted.

  • Through your tenant portal or by calling/emailing the office.

  • Yes, up to 2 pets per apartment are allowed. Please contact the office for details on deposits, pet rent, and additional fees.
