The main lobby doors (by the desk) are unlocked daily from 6:00 AM-6:00 PM.

Valet trash pick-up runs Sunday-Thursday, starting at 8:00 PM. Trash can be set out no earlier than 6:00 PM.

The rooftop is accessible 24/7. The clubhouse is open 7 days a week, from 8:00 AM-11:00 PM.

Yes, both spaces may be reserved with prior approval from the property manager. Events with fewer than 15 guests are free of charge. Events with 16+ guests require a $1,000 rental fee for up to 4 hours.

This usually means the batteries are running low. Please notify the office for replacement.

The Court Avenue entrance and the parking lot entrance will automatically unlock during a power outage. Apartment doors are battery-operated and can still be locked and unlocked with your key fob.
