WEB INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Open the Evoko Booking System.

  2. Login with the account that was set up for your email address.

  3. Click the time you would like to reserve, enter a meeting description, then click Book.

APP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Download the Evoko Get A Room app from your app store.

  2. Launch the app and input the following information:

    • Email- your email address that was set up for the booking system

    • Server- evoko.watertowersquare.com

    • Port- 8443

  3. After tapping “Get Started” you will see an authentication screen. An activation email will be sent to you. After clicking “activate", the app is ready to use.

  4. Select a date, time, duration, and number of participants. Rooms that match your criteria will be listed.

  5. Select the room you would like to book. Give your meeting a name, then tap “Book this room.”
