WEB INSTRUCTIONS
Open the Evoko Booking System.
Login with the account that was set up for your email address.
Click the time you would like to reserve, enter a meeting description, then click Book.
APP INSTRUCTIONS
Download the Evoko Get A Room app from your app store.
Launch the app and input the following information:
Email- your email address that was set up for the booking system
Server- evoko.watertowersquare.com
Port- 8443
After tapping “Get Started” you will see an authentication screen. An activation email will be sent to you. After clicking “activate", the app is ready to use.
Select a date, time, duration, and number of participants. Rooms that match your criteria will be listed.
Select the room you would like to book. Give your meeting a name, then tap “Book this room.”
